This section of the law applies to disputes between family members relating to the validity of a decedent's will and/or trust. There are frequent situations where a decedent lacked the mental capacity to execute one of the above documents and/or executed same because of the fraud or duress of a trusted family member or other fiduciary. The service in this section covers both counseling of the aggrieved family member and litigation to establish the invalidity of the will or trust.
